Non-personalised jewellery can be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery at your own expense (re require tracked postage so items don't get lost). An item that does not meet the requirements may be exchanged for a voucher code or a refund.

Worn earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces unfortunately cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engravings or alterations of any kind.
